whole. Founded in 1996, by William J. and Mary H. Massey, we
guide and train youth toward their maximum potential in
life. Our
Mission
Our mission is to positively impact the people of
this generation. To afford youth the opportunity to fulfill their
potential in life through the use of such resources as behavioral
management, counseling to prevent teen pregnancy, and career and
educational counseling, thus developing more productive and
contributing members of the communities throughout North
Carolina.

Our Objectives: - To afford
the opportunity for children to reach their
potential in life, by using a
multi-disciplinary approach that utilizes individualized
service plans based on assessed needs.
- To provide structured
developmental activities and training skills.
- To provide basic and
intermediate level independent-living skills.
- To serve as a vehicle
for educational support services and resources about teen
pregnancy, computer technology, and counseling for a safe
environment and a better quality of life.
- To develop a
partnership with the Department of Social Services, Mental Health
Agencies, and Public School Systems throughout North
Carolina.
